All prices are listed in USD and are payable in accepted cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, stablecoins, and others as listed at checkout). Orders are final upon confirmed blockchain payment. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final — no refunds are issued once a code or QR has been delivered.
Gift card codes, top-up PINs, and eSIM QR codes are delivered to your registered email address upon payment confirmation. bitraflll.com is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the customer. If delivery fails due to a platform-side error on our part, we will resend or issue a replacement.
Because all products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are only considered in cases where a code is provably invalid and cannot be replaced. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase to support@bitraflll.com with proof of invalidity. Chargebacks filed without prior contact will result in immediate account termination.
